Drawing on a wealth of experience and continued study, as well as her passion for an active life enables Rebecca to provide an assured and skilled approach to treatments whilst enlightening and educating patients.

Football has been a large part of Emmas career having worked with Lowestoft Town FC and Ipswich Town FC academy, and now focuses her skills to clinic based treatments for those involved with sport as well as those looking for remedial massage.

Jeremy is a registered Hearing Aid Dispenser working for Hidden Hearing and regulated with The Health and Care Professions Council. He provides thorough assessments of your hearing, giving honest advice regarding your results; with the aim to ensure you can hear to the best of your ability.

Reflexologist and Aromatherapy Massage Therapist

Karen decided to train as a reflexologist after experiencing the enormous benefits of this treatment for herself. Qualifying in 2015 to ITEC level III and a member of the Association of Reflexologists, she is committed to continued professional development to bring the very best to her patients. Karen is also qualified in facial reflexology and the award winning Zonelift - a rejuvenating spiritual facial, and with further training in hormone balancing, lymph drainage reflexology, and an ITC Level III in wellness massage.

Diane has worked in health and social care for 24 years and is now applying her gentle and caring nature to her work with Hidden Hearing as an Ear Care Practitioner, providing a much needed and valued treatment to remove ear wax by micro suction.

Jon holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the Health Sciences University in London. His journey into osteopathy began as a patient at the Southwold Treatment Rooms, where firsthand experience of its benefits inspired a complete career change.

During his training, Jon gained valuable experience at the university’s Southwark clinic and at the Royal Free Hospital in Camden, where he focused on treating musculoskeletal conditions in patients living with HIV. His personal journey and broad clinical experience shape a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care.

Neil Liffen

Extended Scope Physiotherapist and MSK Sonographer

Im an Extended Scope Practitioner in Physiotherapy and a Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Sonographer with over 15 years experience working within the NHS and private practice. I perform more than 5000 diagnostic ultrasound patient examinations per year, including around 2500 corticosteroid injections per year on musculoskeletal and rheumatology conditions on behalf of orthopaedic consultants, podiatry surgeons, rheumatologists, GP’s and other healthcare professionals in both NHS radiology and private settings.

Skye Swanston 

Sports Therapist

Skye qualified as a Sports Therapist with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in 2024. Enjoying and participating in many different sports provides Skye with the passion and understanding she needs for her career and the patients she sees. Having worked with the Ipswich Town football club post 16 programme, currently providing Sports Therapy and pitch side first aid to Beccles Rugby Club, as well as her work in other practices, Skye has experience and knowledge that she is excited to bring to our community. 

LYNETTE CARSTENS

BA (Hons) Integrative Counselling, MBACP

Giving back has always been important to her and Lynette feels privileged to be able to support clients as they work to heal emotional and psychological wounds. Her approach to therapy is person-centred and focused on creating a space where clients can get to know and value themselves more and deepen their understanding of how to care for themselves and improve their relationships. As an integrative practitioner, Lynette works exclusively with adults (18 years and older) and is able to draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches to best support clients' needs. Lynette is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
