Prior to your first appointment, a detailed nutrition and lifestyle assessment will be completed. You will complete an assessment form along with a 7-day diary which will be fully analysed ahead of your consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss your notes in more detail and start to build a holistic plan to help you achieve your goals.
Following your appointment, a tailored plan will be created for you which will include guidance around changes to your food intake, lifestyle advice and appropriate supplements, recipes, app recommendations and meal planning ideas. Plus, additional email or WhatsApp support between sessions.
Rose’s area of specialism is in women’s health. She is trained in fertility awareness which allows her to help women use their menstrual cycles as a vital sign for understanding their overall health. She does this by teaching women to chart their cycles and in turn nurture their health, their hormones and either conceive, learn to avoid pregnancy naturally and/or screen and treat menstrual health issues.
